Default Headlight Problem

I am trying to adjust the headlights on my car and I want to know where the adjustment is. Secondly, the redneck at the garage I took it to for them to fix it, looks like he stripped the screw that I think maybe the adjustment so how would I fix that.

Thanks!
Jerri
