Cool Mechanics writing

OK, here's one. The black plastic on the top of my radiator coolant overflow tank that sits on top of the radiator has some unwanted writing on it. It looks like during some service work before I got the car, some mechanic scrawled a number in white on the plastic and I don't know how to get it off. It is on the surface (not scratched in) so I figured something has to be able to take it off. If any of this makes sense, can someone suggest something that might remove it? Simple green hasn't done anything at this point.

Thanks for any help.

Stefan

Wink

Try using a 'Doobie' plastic scrubber and a little 'Soft-Scrub' or other non-abrasive cleaner. Rinse with water.

Cool

Thanks for the scoop Martha. I have a crown roast with new potatoes in the oven right now so I might have Jeeves go work under the hood for me

(thanks)
