Thanks,

Get the Ramcharger's book on HOW TO PAINT... read it. Then go practice on something you dont care. THEN, go out and paint you car.

hahaha thanks guys, but I mean more like professional... (lol not that your paint jobs arn't good ) but I mean like I want to just get an idea for some sweeet paint jobs... but I do like looking at what other people have done.
They teach 3 stage paint-jobs by the time I'm done the 2 semister course.... is that like chamilian paint jobs?

Here is the course I'm taking

Automotive Painter 1

Automotive Painter 2

I figure if I am good enough to paint my own car by the end, I can just do it myself... so I'll save a ton of cash cause I figured it was going to cost me a $3000-$4000 to paint my car so if I can learn how to do it and everything I can cut that down abit + I learn how to paints cars along with the satisfaction of saying I painted my car. =) I'll be giving those old people a heart-attact, they still have a hard time grasping I drive a old car. lol There like that's your car?

You get that too Ben?

All the time! At the car show I participated in a couple weekends ago I had probably about 10-15 people come up and ask me who did the body work, interior, engine, etc. It's fun just to smile and say "ME!" A lot of raised eyebrows and dropped jaws result in it! I'm pretty proud to say that I did do all the work to the car, with some help at times from my dad and grandpa, besides the actual spraying of the paint. My dad pretty much tought me how to do the things I didn't know how to do (mainly the body work) and then I went from there. My grandpa helped a lot when it came to doing the engine, because I didn't have any experience at all with engines when it came time to do it (I was 15 at the time).

But yes, I talk to a TON of people that expect the car to have been worked on by someone else. It's very fun and very rewarding to hear older people complement me on the car. Makes all the hard work and blood, sweat, tears and money worth it!
