Default reconditioning tail lights

how would one recondition the tail light lenses? buy a 'flitz' ? sand with high grit paper? just clear coat them? or buy new ones?

if you cant get new ones, the eastwood company sells a kit for polishing plastic lenses.

My lx tails were in fairly decent shape when I found them besides a few scratches.. I used rubbing compound to kinda buff down the scratches, then polishing compound to bring it back to a shine. spent maybe 5-10min on each one using a buffer. They look absolutely perfect now.

www.50resto.com also has some lense cleaner dont know haw well it works though

less than 1,000 miles on new t-5, throw out bearing and clutch. completly redone exaust shorty headers, custom h pipe, flowmaster 40 series, all mandrell bent 2.5 inch tubing

i got all new headlight assembly for christmas with clear corners
