seat belts

Not sure this is the proper place for this item. I have a 1966 coupe and would like to have a safer seat belts installed, better than the orginal type, maybe even shoulder and lap belts. My wife will not drive with me because of the filmsy orginal belts. Thank You.

Hey Nodak,
I just saw an article in a recent Mustang mag about doing this. They even put shoulder belts in the rear seat! It is the September 2001 issue of Mustang & Fords magazine, pgs 42-46. The belts were from Pony Car Concepts (714) 639-4457 they didn't have a web address. Hope this helps!
