Let me see if I can explain myself...

Here's my confusion: I called to see about tinting my windows and I'm having a heck of a time figuring out what's what. They said for the state of Alaska (Where I live) the law says the tint must be 70 on the side wndows and 50 on the back (Or reverse, I'm not sure) Can someone PLEASE tell me what that looks like (Dark or light)? I believe the people up here have brain freeze. I asked the chick what the tint looked liked, she paused and said it looked like tint. *Rolls eyes* (Sad part was... she was serious and not being mean in her answer.) Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
