Post Plugs Fouled again.

Well, my plugs are fouled again and its running on 7 cyl. I also found out i could be moving to Dallas as soon as September, which is where most of my parts are located. Hey rev, maybe I'll come down and check out the beast. I'll bring mine too if I have it restored by then.

Just thought I would post in here since its been awhile. I'm still a classic guy, and I'm still around.

Would be happy to hook up and bench race or even really race. Was it just one plug or all of them? Are you still in the military?

It tends to be all of them.........although its usually the 1-4 plugs that get it the worst. I've given up trying to patch all the little problems with them. I just clean them up every few months with cleaner, re-gap, and put em back in. The ol' girl just needs a rebuild. 170k on original engine, and she still has decent kick.

Yeah, i'm still in the military, but am getting out in november. I might be there as soon as september though if I max out my leave days. I'm not sure what I'll do when I get there but I'm trying to get on the Ft. Worth/Dallas PD. I'm also going to try and finish my Music degree and maybe get another one in Political Science or Computer Science, or attempt Law School. So many ideas, so little time.

Appreciate the help, but I'm pretty much just waiting till I return to the mainland before starting the major stuff on my car. I'm letting the engine go till it decides not to run and then I'll probably buy a crate motor and drop in there.

But what it does have now is just the stock, C-code 289, with an edelbrock 650, flowmasters, and some minor stuff. The whole thing just pretty much needs a rebuild and I don't want to put that money into it yet, since I'm still in hawaii where everything is priced higher than normal.
