Question Convertible top on 93 LX

Having a problem with top. Put the top down last week, then would not go up all the way forward to latch shut, stopped about 1/2 inch short.

After trying several times (5-6) lower and raising top, now the motor does not work at all. I checked the inline fuse and that is not burnt out. I hear a clicking noise when trying to engage motor. I'm thinking a relay switch?

Any advice on this would be appreciated.
