Default Power stearing racket problum....help?

so I have a '99 35th aniver. V6 3.8 , and when i bought it... it had the faintest squeal in the steering, and it got progressivly worse as time went by.. i bought soem wd40 thinking it was just a dry bussing or soemtihng... and it didnt help... now, a while later... its an ungodly horrific noise.... souds like a possible small child is stuck under my car screaming for dear life.... Iknow that ford has soem PS noise problums.. but this has become untolorable ... and on top of that.. the same noise comes when i push down ont he car when its in park... meaning the shocks or something... im not very knowledgeable on cars.... hardest thing i ever did was change my own spark plugs.. and that was yesterday... haha.... Any ideas? I check this forum... all teh time.. its a wonderfull places for peopel like me... I need your help.. anything would be most appreciated !

Thanks Chris
