Default What bolt pattern?

How would i find out what rims would fit on my 2000 mustang gt?I know it's 5 lug,but what else do i need to know,i know that my friends rims on his 2000 z28 don't fit my car, even though they too are 5 lug.

I think mine are 4.5" can anyone confirm this?
