Post Convertible Rear Window

I just got a replacement plastic window for my 83 GLX convertible. I thought it would be a simple zip in installation, but I was wrong. How do I get the bottom of the rear window out and replaced? Has anyone done this themselves? Do I need special tools. Where can I find detailed instructions, preferably including pictures. I would like to do this myself to learn and save money.

Thanks,
Jeff O'Neal
