Remove All The Rust With A Wire Brush On A Die Grinder. Then Go To A Paint Store And Buy Some Osphlo . It Turns The Remaining Rust Into Red Oxide Primer. After It Dries Prime The Trunk With An Automotive Primer. Then Paint The Area With Bedliner Spray. Tihs Will Relieve The Condensation Problem. After It Dries Paint It Any Color You Desire. FORGET THE CARPET""
