Default hose problem

here's my problem....i have a 88' v8 gt mustang and i'm redoing the front end of the engine compartment. i bought a very nice aluminum radiator from fluidyne. the radiator is a direct fit. i also bought a chrome water neck and a chrome water pump. 2 problems...

1) the diameter of the water pump outlet is 1.78 in and the lower radiator outlet is 1.5 in. How can i connect these 2 outlets with one hose? or do i have to use an adapter of some sort?

2) the diamter of the water neck outlet is 1.53 in and the upper radiator outlet is 1.25 in. can i also connect these 2 outlets with one hose?

The hoses i want to use are going to be braided....i just have to find the right kind of hose. i would like to get pre-formed lower and upper radiator hoses with the stainless steel braiding on them. i really don't want to use the sleeving kit. any help would be appreciated.
