SOme photoshops I did of my car
I am trying to narrow down what I'd like to do to my car's interior and came up with these photoshops.
First one is the interior, inspired by the 2003 Cobra seats. I will either have the seats from an 03 cobra OR (and most likely) racing seats reupholstered to the desired color and texture... ANYWAY, the entire interior except the carpet will be a mix of cream suede and charcoal leather. Next is black paint and some stock wheels. I havent decided if a want a black mica metallic or a dark blue midnight metallic for the paint. But this is what I did so far. I am planning on a awesome set of wheels for it, but the set I want runs about $9,000!!!!!! Lastly, the wheels I want HRE 540r If you cant see these click the link in my sig.

Re: SOme photoshops I did of my car
I want something different for the wheels. Just about every mustang in my area has cobra r's. They are a great looking wheel but I want to stand out more. I want a wheel similar to the HRE that is extremely deep. Love deep dish wheels.

Re: SOme photoshops I did of my car
good ideas, but ditch the rice wheels...i understand you don't want to have the same rims as all the stangs, but you don't want the same ones as the rice rockets either.

Re: SOme photoshops I did of my car
I don't think those rims look rice at all. It would be nice to see a photoshop pic of the rims on the car...that may clear things up.

Re: SOme photoshops I did of my car
I've seen pics of them (or some very close) mounted, and I think they do look good. I guess you'd just have to see it

Re: SOme photoshops I did of my car
those wheels are kinda of ricer look up some saleen replica wheels on ebay you can put any late model center cap in them and they cost about 400 to 500 dollars. You might also have to get a 5 lug conversion kit.

Re: SOme photoshops I did of my car
LOVE the interior! I chose a similar schema in the 05 Stang. I think the black mica metallic and the wheels will be a hot combo. Good job doing something a little different! (Just make sure you spend a proportionate amount on mechanical upkeep as well.... )...

I havent even started on the interior yet. Its been pretty cold out lately (roughly hovering arounf freezing) I will keep everyone posted.

Re: SOme photoshops I did of my car
if you want a deep wheel take a look at the deep dish bullet wheels on mustangtuning.com. you would have to get the 5 lug conversion, but would be well worth if you like the bullets

Re: SOme photoshops I did of my car
I like the look of the interior, but I would get a unique tire. Your putting all that work into having a nice interior you might as well keep going and get the tires you really want.

I shouldnt have to worry about changing the upholstry on the seats but If I have to then I will probably will call Katzkin Leather to make custom suede replacement covers for the seats. Im not sure how much that will cost. I plan on buying the suede fabric and doing the rest of the interior myself. I plan about $100 for that. I would guestimate no more than $1000 for the whole thing. It may sound like alot but its the "Different" and "Custom" factor. And nothing is more rewarding and cooler than someone complimenting something you did all by yourself with no help from a shop. Unfortunately after deciding to go back to school I will have to pospone the project until later.
