Restoring a 1970 Boss 302- question about the stripes
Hey there, just joined.
I have a question about duplicating the OEM textured stripe on the hood, trunklid and fin of a 1970 Boss 302 we're doing the job for a rather finicky customer (wouldn't you be too?) and we're having a hard time locating the materials to properly duplicate this stripe texture- being that Duracryl DDl 9423 is um...hard to locate.... any suggestions? |

can anyone point me to some place i can ask? some company i can contact? we were told to try Eastwood company for a product called Correct Black, but when we called tech support they were not able to help us so they suggested we try online at an Enthusiast website, so thats what brought me here... im sorry i dont know the answer to your question, but i can suggest that you post in "Blue Oval Lounge" because that forums gets ALOT more traffic than this one, as you may have noticed... even though this is the correct forum for your question you may want to try posting it there, just a suggestion
