ground effects
hello once again everybody! thanks for the info on underhood detailing. i have two questions. how do you get the really tough crud off the back of the engine and trans? when i bought the car (89 lx 5.0)for 3000$, the valve covers were leaking bad. replaced them but cant get the oil and embedded dirt off. my next question is i bought the lx but wanted a GT. i have the side ground effects. now how do you mount them? i know i need to fabricate some kind thin metal below the door to hold the ground effect on. any one have any ideas or done this before? any other helpful hints on what needed to mount these items? i really thank you guys for your support!
