Default rear tail light black outs

anyone know who makes the rear tail light blackouts that look like they are molded to the lights?

i've attached a sample i came across!

Old thread, but nobody seems to have replied. Those probably aren't blackouts is why you haven't found them anywhere. Those are probably the stock tailights sprayed with this stuff called "Nightshade" which is a spray-on tint. It could also be normal window tint applied over the existing lenses. I've heard of both being done before. Using window tint over the side marker lights of a black car also cleans up the lines a bit and looks nice, while keeping them functional in the dark.

I think a little time on Google and you will find several sites. Agree with last post though there are a number of ways to get the effect.
