![]() Well, I'm buying another car this summer (keeping my current GT of course). I have it down to either a mid 80's Capri or an 89-93 GT convertible. If I buy the Capri I'll pay it off in a few months and start saving and as soon as possible put a 408 w/ a C4, a hefty shot of nitrous, a cage and all of the good stuff - basically a drag car that I can cruise around town with - or buy the GT convertible and put some chrome rims on it, a nice sounding exhaust, light bar and just make it a cruising car and not modify the engine at all.
I'm having a hard time deciding. I want a drag car but I also want a 'vert. I guess I could buy the convertible and build up my current car but there are only a few Capris around here - but a ton of 5.0's. Any opinions would be appreciated. Even though I'll probably buy the car in July it was bugging me all day while I was at work. The decision will probably end up being based on which car I find first that is nice and selling for a good price.
