Default White top not white

Can someone give me some insight on what is the best way to clean a white convertible top on a 98 GT? It is not too bad but, some mildew did form after it was under a car cover for about 6 months and only taken out occasionally.

Theres some stuff called " Spray Nine" Man that suff works great. I havn't picked up any lately, but it was always in the cleaner area of any store. It was a white round bottle with a finger like nozzle thingy.
