Default Would this work for my car?

Okay, I currently have the tire size of P245 50 R16 on my 94 Mustang. I found some 17 inch Rims from a Mustang GT that I really like and just wanted to make sure they would work on my car before I bought them. Would anyone know if the 17's would fit my car without and mechanical issues? I would appreciate any help. Thanks.
