How Much Lift And Duration Will I Get With 1.72 Roller Rockers And A E 303 Cam (.498 In. Of Lift An 220 Duration With 1.6 Rockers)..............thanks

You will get .535" of lift with 1.72 rocker arms. I'm not sure if it really changes the duration at all though, maybe a tiny bit.

I'm not sure, what kind of heads are you running? More than likely it might hit. The only way to be sure is to check for piston to valve clearence.
