Default '97 Engine Removal????

Hi guys, first time posting and I could use some help.

I have a line on a '97 Cobra with a bearing problem. I am not concerned with the fix after I have the engine out, but how difficult is it to actually remove the engine from the car. Any tips on making it easier? How much would said car be worth with 24K miles, loaded, black/black, totally stock.

Thanks for any and all replies.

Mike
