Default Kona Shifters

I recently saw an ad for a Kona Shifter (made/sold by Akonaracin) for Mustangs. It claims to shorten the shift by 30%. It appears to be only a replacement shifter arm (not the entire shifter). Anybody ever heard of them, or used one?
