window motor

my passenger window motor is not working. I checked the fuses and the relay switch. Both are ok. How do I disasemble the existing window motor. I cannot find a step by step process showing me how. Can anyone please help me.?

there should be at least 3 dimples on the door that you drill out to get to the nuts for the window motor and then you just undo it and replace it.
