MM&FF did a test on a 96 S351..480 hp, not the 495(Saleen claims 507) 11.33@122 on slicks. 12.7@121 on street tires, and a 4.6 0-60. Top speed...R&T did a top speed test and it hit 188 on a hot day in the desert. 550 hp....piece of cake. Upgrade the boost, get a better cam and port the heads. $550=550 hp.
94 was the first year for the blown Saleen...the SR. ------------------ Dustin 90 Saleen yup, got her back!! 89 GT (Saleen clone)392 rwhp UNTUNED(TFS Intake, spacer,Heads and #2 cam, BD-11A 9#(only boosting 6???WTF),1.6 rr's,BBK 70mm TB,FMS 70mm MAF,MSD 6BTM,FMS 9mm wires,BBK longtubes and H-Pipe,American Thunder cat back,3.55 lots more... 12.564@118.49 on street tires is my best so far. Still untuned |
