Post EFI fuel lines and spark plugs

several questions:

1. what is the best route to fabricating lines to connect up 5.0L Lincoln (fuel delivery line on the passenger's side and fuel return on the driver's side...both run down the side of the water pump area)for connection to the two fuel lines on an '89 2.3L Mustang (has both lines coming up on the driver's side near firewall). Should I fabricate metal or go with nylon (Ron Morris Racing can fab to length). If metal, where do you get Ford press-on fittings compatible with the metal?
2. Where can you get shorty spark plugs for the 5.0L non-HO angle plug '89 Lincoln heads? I'm dropping it into a 2.3L Mustang and adding headers. The Mustang plugs (Accel, etc....) WON'T fit due to deeper thread taper on the Lincoln head....help!

thanks in advance
