Exclamation fuel pressure

im running 60 psi at idle with a variable fuel pressure reg is this ok? i just got the the car and thats what it was set at.. it looks like to me that it had a super charger on it? should i back the pressue down or leave it alone?

back it down to 38 unless u have supercharger/trubo/great cam n/a
