98 Cobra - Exhaust Options?

I am looking for suggestions for new pipes for my 98 Cobra.

I am looking for enhanced performance (of course) but I would also like to keep things relatively quiet. My buddy has an 01 cobra with custom pipes and he can't take it on the highway without getting a headache.

I have a Paxton Novi 2000 supercharger, if that makes a difference as to what to go with.

Magnaflow (not Magnapack) or Dynomax Ultraflo catbacks both make good power and are very quiet when cruising but sound good under heavy throttle.

Thanks for the info. Someone else has recommended Magnaflow as well.
