question about the supercharger light on my 03 cobra

recently when i floor my car this green supercharger light comes on. It doesn't always come on in a certain gear and sometimes it comes on earlier in the RPM range than others. When this happens, the power is completely killed and i cannot accellerate anymore. Also, when i just drive normally it never comes on. I was wondering what this means and what maintenance I might need. thanks

Did not know there was a SC light. Are you sure it is not the Traction light?

Yes it sounds like the traction control. It kills power to help traction.

Yeah that little light is the Traction Control light. You spin the tires, you loose power. Turn it off and hang on.....
