Kenne Bell for an 03 Cobra?

Is it worth paying $4k for a Kenne Bell supercharger for an 03 Cobra? And how much could I get for my Eaton?

BilLster 06-29-2003 11:09 PM

$4000.00

Twin turbo it.

what about the Saleen twin screw ? what is it priced at ?

dont have any idea what you could get for your blower though I would keep it till I could use it on something else.

what about adding N2O and keeping the Eaton ?

not my car but its killer (i would go turbo but im stuck like that)

Guys are running 9's on the KB's and I've heard nothing but good things about them. ~Brian

Yeah that was pretty amazing. Thats on alot of boost, and race gas, but still amazing.

You won't be able to get much at all out of the stock blower, unless you find someone wanting to do a custom blower setup on something. Its not a direct boltup to any other car, and its not really that impessive of a blower in the first place, so its not worth too much, sorry.

If it were me, I would stick with the blower you have, get as much boost out of it as you can. Slap a full exhaust system on there, as well as the Densecharger CAI (I believe it has dyno'd the most hp gain).
This, on sticky tires, will have you easily in the mid 11's if you can drive it.
Then if you wanna go faster than that, you can always add a small shot of nitrous, a straightaxle rearend, remove alot of weight..... it never ends.

You've sure got a nice base car to start with though:)

Thanks for the advice. I have seen on other forums that you need to change the injectors to 55# if you get the KB and I am not very keen on going into the engine. Although the idea of getting 600+rwhp is tempting.
