Post Superchargers

Hey. I am kinda curious if you have to buy a supercharger specially made for a mustang. It makes sense to me that you could find a wrecked car with a supercharger and steal theirs then just buy the mustang installation stuff and call it a day. You might have to modify little things like the diameter of the piping but other than that. Am I totally of base here. Also is it possible to turbocharge a mustang.
