Nitrous Problem

I JUST FINISHED INSTALLING A 75 HP SHOT ZEX NITROUS SYSTEM ON MY 95 GT. I ALSO CHANGED MY SPARK PLUGS TO BOSCH PLATINUM PLUS 2'S THAT ARE ONE HEAT RANGE COLDER THAN STOCK, WHICH IS RECOMMENDED BY ZEX. THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE CAR RUNS VERY ROUGH NOW, ESPECIALLY DURING ACCELERATION. THERE IS A LOT OF SHAKING WHEN I ACCELERATE AND A LITTLE AT IDLE. THIS OCCURS WHEN THE NITROUS SYSTEM IS OFF AND ON. I THOUGHT MAYBE IT WAS THE VACUUM LINES THAT I HAD TO CONNECT FROM THE FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR AND THE INTAKE MANIFOLD, TO THE NITROUS MANAGEMENT UNIT, SO I DISCONNECTED THOSE AND RECONNECTED IT THE STOCK WAY(before i put the kit on), THIS DID NOT HELP EITHER. ANY THOUGHTS?

Trash the spark plugs. Put in a standard plug and gap at .035 and you will be fine.

Hey guys, thanks for the help! Changed the plugs to the autolite (one range colder) and the problem's gone. Wow Nitrus is fun!!!

FYI

NEVER run Platinum plugs with nitrous!
