Default NOS - Please help!!!

I have a 2000GT 5 speed and was considering putting nos kit in my stang.

I just had a few questions and was wondering if anyone could help.

1. Which is the best kit to go with?
2. What is the highest shot I can get?
3. Do I (Should I) do anything to prevent my engine from being destroyed? The current mods to the engine on my stang are:

K&N filtercharger
75mm T-Body
3.73 gears
5.0 shifter
pulleys

Any help that I get will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Gerry

the best kit is what ever is on sale

N.O.S. , Nitrous works there all pretty good

i wouldnt go higher than 150 and that can be pushing it im not sure what year they went to hyper pistons
upgrade your fuel pump

use a WOT switch and never worry you can also get a oil pressure ,fuel switch but ive never used one.

Default nitrous??

i have a ZEX kit on my 5.0. it is a good kit they supply you with 75,100,and 125 shot jets. (that is all you'll need with a stock motor) the kit is great it has a micro switch that is hooked up to your vacuum lines and it reads what the engine is doing. for example if your motor miss fires, or if the fuel mixture is getting to lean or to rich the micro switch will shut off the nitrous so you dont destroy your motor. i am very impressed with the kit. o yea it is tied into your tps(throttle position sensor) and it only works when the gas pettle is to the floor.
i highly recomend this kit to any one buying their first nitrous kit. it is so simple just hook the kit up and your ready to go. no extra tuning of fuel pressure or anything like that the kit does it byitself.

1. Nitrous Express makes a quality product. Their single nozzle systems make good power and are easy to install: www.nitrousexpress.com

2. I wouldn't go past 150hp with the stock bottom-end.

3. The single most important add-on you could install w/ your nitrous system (esp. for stick cars) is an RPM window switch. It's not absolutely necessary, but it should be considered.

Also, I'd recommend a bottle heater and nitrous pressure gauge... you MUST have a minimum of 900-1000psi in order for the system to be optimized.

Other goodies you'll want/need.... purge valve, fuel press. safety switch, fuel press. gauge (that can be monitored from the driver's seat). Oh, and a colder set of spark plugs gapped @ .035"
