Default Nitrous Anyone?

I Have a 289 with a Edelbrock 650 4 barrel carb. Has anyone put nitrous on a carbeurated car and how difficult is it. I am looking for a little extra boost during WOT.
Thanks...

They would know more about this in the power adders forum. But, the first thing you need to know is if you have forged pistons or not. If they are cast, you can only add so many ponies before they start to melt.

Default Research is needed

I will need to research what type of Pistons I have. I am sure the shop that did the engine can tell me. I guess there is no need to go any further until I have that answer. I will check out the other forum - thanks for the tip.
