You should order the January 2000 issue of 5.0 magazine. It is the "turbo issue". You might want to bump up the boost. The test car made 525hp and 591ftlbs of torque with 13# of boost with incons twin turbo.Stock cam, box stock GT40X heads, Gt40 intake and ported lower. With this amount of power you will need a tranny and it will be pushing the axles strength with slicks. The torque at 3750RPM was 528ftlbs!! Watch out man!!

One of our members, Turbolx, had the Incon kit on his stock motored LX. Has was making around 425 hp with a pretty low boost setting.

The torque that is car made was amazing. You simply could not pick a wrong gear. www.detroitspeedworks.com is his website

There is a guy on the Corral with a stock 94/95GT (just exhaust mods) and an incon kit pushing 10psi of boost - he's making 400rwhp & 466 ft/lbs torque.

Whether or not you need new axles depends on how much power you end up putting down. Turbos are nice because you can get away with less rear end gear due to the massive torque they produce and the fact that the power hit isn't instant. One that hand you're ok. But...if you're making close to 600hp with a twin turbo kit, I'd say it's a safe bet you'll need new axles. Any car making that much hp would.

Try this address, they should be able to help you. If not let me know, maybe I can mail you mine, I have no plans nor the funds to buy a turbo.

Sorry, I don't have a scanner or digital camera, If I did you'd see my car doing gnarly burnouts in the street.LOL. Anyways, if you can't get a hold of them we'll have to snail-mail it through the post office.
