5 psi Procharger on a 99 v6

According to Procharger literature the 5 psi P1-sc kit will need no tuning or other mods and will add approx 75-80hp. My 99 3.8 5sp is my daily year-round driver so I'd rather be conservative. In the future could I upgrade the chip & injectors and go 7 or 11 psi with a pully & tuning? Also could I retrofit a used kit from a 4.6 without major difficulty?

ive only seen 1 6cyl car with a blower and the bracket looked alot diffrent then a 4.6 bracket but any thing could be made to work

why not drop in the bigger engine and them latter supercharge it.

i think a 6 with 11 lbs of boost will need the same upgrades to the rest of the drive train a a 8 would.

but there are some 6 cyl web pages.

Spend less money and put on a small shot of nitrous...

Its alot of money to spend for just 75 hp. In my opinion your not gonna get 75 more hp from just putting on a 5# blower kit. Contrary to what many people think you need to some tuning to the car to get it where it needs to be.
With a correctly calibrated MAF, one range colder plugs gapped lower and some half decent tuning I dont see why you couldn't gain 70hp from a 5# blower.
