bypass valve & 15 psi on paxton Novi

hey guys, I got a paxton novi 1000 that I'm looking to boost over to 15 psi pulley (right now it's at 5 psi). I called paxton and they said the 1000 can handle a MAX of 20 psi, NO MORE...sounded like I'd get belt slippage on an 8-rib belt before I start spinning the bearings out.

I'm thinking of pushing that into a DSS level 20, stroked 331 with AFR 185s and 8.5 compression. I actually have 2 questions for you guys:

1) Does anyone know the pulley combination, both crank and supercharger unit, size in inches that will produce 15 psi (or around there) for a novi 1000, and where I can order a decent 8 rip setup from?

2) Does anyone know of what bypass valve I can have welded onto a paxton discharge tube that sounds more of like a "flutter" than those typical "splash"es?? I see nothing but vortech discharge tube/bypass valve assemblies, and they won't fit the paxton unit I have (I tried with my buddy's, who bought one before he put it on his car).

If the DSS level 20 preped block isn't a four bolt main, don't waste the money. 20psi is a lot on a stock block, no matter how much prep is done.
