Vortech idler keeps failing -- '97 Cobra
 

My brother has a '97 Cobra with a Vortech Supercharger and an idler that keeps failing. It failed twice and then was replaced with an "improved" idler by the Ford dealer. This last one has started to whine and I'd guess it'll fail soon.

Anyone else had this problem and solved it?
