Default Procharger on a 2005 GT

http://www.procharger.com/FORD/ford_auto.shtml

Do you have any ideas about to put a procharger direct on a stock engine? Do you think the engine will be strong enough... with stock compression? Any comments on this kit or should I just go for it. Or do you think I can find better supercharger kit for the mustang. A noisy kit is ok for me, if i remember right the powerdyne have god kits to.

Help me...

I do not have personal experience with them, but, I hear mixed reviews on the Powerdyne superchargers. A larger portion of the mixed reviews leaning toward the need to steer clear of them.

The Procharger kit for the 05GT is a nice kit. We tuned an 05 to more than 500HP at the wheels with a PC kit, making about 12 psi of boost. The Vortech kit is also nice, but I think the PC tops it in a few area, primarily in tubing routing. The 05GT bottom end will support the power. Just keep in mind that if you live on the hairy edge with the tune, anything can and will happen. Keep the tune somewhat conservative and you'll be fine.
