Question Are Pop up pistons considered power add ons?

ive heard alota people say popup piston are power adders but im not sure ....

not by me power added normally means something you add on.

i could remove my turbos and still run my engine. they are power add ons.

putting higher decked pistons (pop up) or by decking your block will increase power but arent considered power adder's

we then would include cams exhausts ex in this forum becasue they all add power.

but turbos n2o supper charges roots centrifugal laham screw ect are what this forums about.

technically on a 16-1 hemi you could put in lower compression pop up pistons and loose power.
