Re: KennyBell
i talked to a guy in new york, that has a shop called kennedy's dynotune. He does kennebell as good or better than kenne himself. He says that a kb on a 2v is a great set up. We had a kb on a 347 in our lincoln. it was awesome. Changing over to a turbo or we would still have it. The torque will rip out your fillings.

Re: KennyBell
Kenny Bell does move the most amount of air and makes the most power. The block in the '03 2V can handle an incredible amount of power. There was an article in either Muscle Mustangs or 5.0 where they bolted a Kenny Bell up to the stock block with some porting of the heads, and made somewhere near 999 hp!! I wish I could find the article, but I beleive they were running 22lbs of boost.

That will be a very short lived motor at almost 1,000 horsepower.

Re: KennyBell
I've got a friend who's GT was a development mule for Kenne Bell.
'99 GT - 398.50 RWHP / 411.59 RWTQ I think his only other mod's are from the headers back. The kit comes complete and if you're proficient and brave, it can be done in a weekend in the garage.

Re: KennyBell
My bad, I just checked with someone who read the article as well. It was the '03 4V cobra motor. The cobra motor is completely different from the GT. My bad on the miscommunication of facts.

Re: KennyBell
Well, the point is; Ford stock blocks will handle more abuse than many give credit. AND magazines are constantly running the mod motors through the ringers with decent results.

Re: KennyBell
yea, the blocks are strong, the rotating assembly is not. That isnt too bad a situation. I had to spend a hella lota $$$ for a block that can stand up to some abuse, rotating assemblys that can take a hit arent that bad.
