Also, there was a later ball drive type "race" unit called a VR4 that made 13-15 PSI (I believe). I am not sure what size pulley it used though. Btw, does it have a six rib pulley on it?

Re: paxton
The crank is typically a 7" pulley. What injectors you would run just depends on the motor as a whole and the horsepower you are making under boost. On a stock 302 you could run stock injectors with an FMU (came with the SN kits). Or, you could nix the FMU, upgrade to bigger injectors, and custom tune the car with a chip... which is really the best way to go.

Re: paxton
I just put a Paxton SN-89 into my '86. I went with the 3.75" pulley and the stock 6" pulley and am getting 6 lbs of boost @ 5200 and 8 lbs at 5700. I am running 24# injectors w/ 65mm throttle body. And its a speed density car. I got it to keep the old school 5.0 - old school. I can shread the tires in 1st and 2nd gear no prob!! And that is with 3.08:1 gears.I did upgrade the impeller to a new more efficient one. Call Paradise Wheels for information on the old ball-drive Paxton superchargers. Tey still make them under the Paxton name. http://www.paradisewheelsinc.com/ or 760.740.0954
