6T9PONY
When I purchased the system, I didn't just purchase the head unit. It was supposed to be a complete system that could produce 15-22 lbs on my application. This is supposed to be a tested system, not just a single part that works best with a 12 rib or cog belt. The Head UNIT was advertised not the whole kit. I think they should give figures on each application not just on the ideal situations. These matched componets should wok as advetised for this application not on everyother application,I have a 95 mustang , give me real boost level figuries on my set up not on the perfect 12 rib or cog set up. I could see this being my problem if I just purchased the HEAD UNIT and tried to make my own brackets, pulleys, etc.,but I didn't. I bought an enginnered group of componets that cannot work together properly to take advantage of the D-1 head unit. Misleading advetising, tech guys, AtI not wanting to lose a sale THAT SUCKS!!!!! And if you don't agree with me than stop answering my posts.

Bring this to e-mail or PM
You're getting nothing accomplised with either of your threads, and you lost the point of the original topic, if you want to have a internet fight with Eric, then email him instead of letting the whole board know about it!

If the belt is going to slip and only allow the system produce 8-9 lbs of boost instead of the advertised 15-22 lbs of boost I personally think it should be sold as a 8-9 pound kit instead of the falsely advertised 15-22lb kit, ATI states boost levels that can only be achived under perfect conditions , 12-rib or cog belt. You can have your opinion , and I can have mine,I have a 95 gts with a procharger, you have a69 mustang, It's easy to say theres nothing wrong with the system but it was sold to me ,not you , so back off 6t9pony.

No, nothing is wrong with your ******* belt. It was FALSELY ADVERTISED like you said. The belt is fine. And what difference does it make if it was sold to you, me, or someone else? Same damn problem either way.

I know cars. Just because you have one that makes good power numbers (although, not up to par because of the belt slippage ) and is faster than mine, doesn't make you frickin special. I've built two '69 Mustangs from the ground up, basically by myself, and I'm not quite 18 years old yet. Yes, we each have our own opinion. I just wish you'd realize that if you took that system you have and threw it on a compatable engine that didn't have any space problems it would make the advertised boost numbers. What does it have to do with who it was sold to? Will you just let it frickin go. I've made my final point about 3 times now, but yet you have to keep throwing stuff out. And you're the one that posted this thread, but yet you're telling me to back off? |

I don't have a powerful car, and I'm not looking down on you, I like 69 mustangs,I stated an opinion and it got out of hand 'I' m sorry I offended everyone.I was looking for other 95 owners with D-1 chargers to see if they had experienced the same problems that I'm having. I guess this forum doesn't have the answers to my questions.
