Default '08 craving more power

Hi all, I'm a new owner of a 2008 Mustang GT/CS and already have the bug to make improvements to my car. I started with a replacing the stock antenna, shift knob, and have body matching mirror covers in transit, but now I'm thinking about performance upgrades and what to do first. I know there are tons of options out there with a range of costs. I'm definitely interested in changing the exhaust and headers, but wondering if that's okay if I plan on adding a supercharger down the road? My only requirement is to have an American muscle car that absolutely embarasses the Fast and the Furious import wannabes out there.

Any recommendations on where to start, what to do first/last?

Thanks!

well gears,k&n filter and a full exhaust are the basics and will give u a few extra horsepower. if ur lookin for a big power improvement get a supercharger

What do you mean full exhaust? Headers, mid-pipe, and mufflers? I was leaning towards new JBA shorty headers and Borla Stingers and keeping the stock H-pipe for now.
