Wow, AFR 225's are huge heads for only 331 cid. I run 205's on my 331 with 20 psi boost and 7000 rpm shifts. AFR only recommended the 225's if I had 418 or more cubes or spun my 331 to the moon.

Yeah, I was originaly goping with the 205's, but knew it would be my luck to get everything together with 15psi and not have enough flow. I would like to go with the 205's with the exhaust race port they offer, I think it should be suffice then.

What kind of times and HP/TQ are you seeing with a 20psi'd 331? Are you intercooled? Daily driven? How is you traction with all of that? Last but not least, what kind of cam are you running? Thanks..

The last time on the dyno was a long time ago with the stock 3.5" Novi pulley and my old school ported Edelbrock heads... so only 15 psi boost. HP was just over 560 HP, torque numbers were real high but goofy because of the high stall 9" converter. Best time to date with the new 205's and smaller pulley is 9.913 at 139.xx spinning my 12.5 x 28 ET Streets. My cam is an old AFM B-4 (same grind as TFS stage 2). More specs are in the user rides section.

AFR told me the 75cc exhaust ports work great with custom 1-7/8" or 2" primary Kooks headers, but are a waste with regular bolt pattern flanges (like my MAC 1-3/4's). I figure I will hand port my exhaust ports when I step up to some real race headers with the wide bolt pattern

Perfect, that is exactly what I am looking for, 15psi intercooled turbo seeing just around 600hp and 10.00's, thanks again for the info.
