S-trim fox - Which exhaust to buy?
Hey Guys,
I am debating whether to go with a 2.5" or 3" cat back exhaust for this car. Motor is stock minus the GT-40 intake, 70mm TB, JBA headers, BBK catted 2.5" h-pipe, and 3:73 gears. This car is driven on the street and I need to find a setup that will flow great and be drone free. Any ideas? Thanks! |

Complete 2.5" system is fine...
What size headers do you have (primaries and collectors)? I would recommend 1-3/4" with 3" collector for a boosted application. If you are keeping cats best to have hi-flow performance ones otherwise they might be a choke point.

I have old school JBA shorty headers from the early 90's!
Room for improvement for a lowered, street car? perhaps! |
