Default Nitro Newbie

I used NOS about 10 years ago on a Chevy 350 with low 8.5:1 compression, with carburetor adapter injected 150 shot and an automatic trans. All I had to do was hit the button and hold on.I am thinking about installing a 150 shot on a stock 5.0 with fuel injection and manual trans, and was looking for some advice on how to go about it.How can you shoot nitrous to a manual trans 5.0? Can you shift while powered under nitrous?Whats the best way to connect nitro to a fuel injected 5.0 with mass air?Anyone know what's the best system for the money? How much would nitro improve my ET'S, or am I just wasting my time and money.I am getting ready to pull this 5.0L out and install a new 5.0L Ford Racing 345hp create engine and just wanted to have a little fun before I pull it out.The cheaper the system the better, being that I WILL NOT use nitro with the new engine.Raw HP is the way to go.
