Talking engine loping while driving

ok i posted a help topic earlier about a rough idle and i have fixed that problem, it turned out to be my tps (throttle position sensor), i ripped the top half of my engine apart (upper intake) since i was painting it anyway, i had cleaned everything from throttle air bypass valve to egr spacer and so on, what i need help on now is when i am driving, usually in third and just let the gas off, my car jumps, it did this before i had done everything to my car but only when i would do a burnout or hammer down on the throttle, but now it does it almost everytime i let off the gas in first, second, and mostly third. PLEASE help i dont want to have to take it into a ford dealership and pull codes which i know i probobly should but money is a little tight and i like to work on my car myself, THANX.
