Default inexpensive bolt-on's

Just a quick question for everyone. Who makes good, inexpensive, aftermarket parts for a 94' 4.0 ranger? My 93' LX 5.0 is currently under going repairs from a deer running out in front of me. What I would like to do is get some good aftermarket bolt-on's for my ranger and I don't have a great deal of money to spend. I have already replaced the air filter with a K&N,what next? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
