Surging / Bucking with SQ trim Vortech

My 02 GT has an AODE tranny and I have an SQ trim vortech with aftercooler and a 3.125 pully. I think the kit came with the 255lph internal fuel pump. I have 38# injectors. The kit also reccomended using my stock MAF and sensor. My car seems to buck and surge around 3000 rpm and up. It only does it if I try to remain at a constant speed. It will not do it during acceleration or deceleration. I also pulled a spark plug out and it seems to be running rich. the plug is getting fouled with only 3000 miles on the supercharger set up. My question is can my problems be related to the MAF that is calibrated for 19# injectors or is it just tuned that rich. Also I need to know what the surging problem may be. It did it since the supercharger was installed before the plugs were fouled out.

any help will be most appreciated!

The chip probally isn`t programmed correctly. I had pretty much the same prob. but after I adjusted the fuel air mix on the chip program & reinstalled it, it ran like a raped ape.

Thanks for the help. :)

I have been wanting to learn a little about tuning, so I guess this gives me an excuse. I appreciate the help.
